Robert Hempsall is an Information Designer, a specialist in making everyday information easy to understand: information such as forms, letter, instructions and information about products and services. By creating information that people can easily understand and use, Robert helps organizations reduce the time and money they spend dealing with the consequences of people using information incorrectly: health and safety risks, unncecessary phone calls and inaccurate data among others.

Before establishing himself as an independent information design consultant, Robert’s previous experience working for the London office of The Brand Union saw him work with clients in both the public and private sector, including Vodafone, AIG, NHS and HMRC.
