
Angela Colter is a usability and accessibility consultant and a doctoral candidate at the University of Baltimore researching how to make search engines easier for adults with low literacy skills. She has been involved with readability research projects for the U.S. National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Justice, Pfizer and was the lead researcher for a U.S. Government Accountability Office study on the usability of credit card disclosure materials.
Angela has presented on the topic of readability to the Usability Professionals Association, PhillyCHI and Plain Language Association International.
